Pricing listed below applies to wedding rentals in the 2027 calendar year. Each event booked allows you private, full use of the entire property, all day. All events must end on time. Every event is fully customizable. Bring in the vendors you like, including catering, or outsource your stress and have us personalize your event for you!

 

We offer a variety of options that let you do as little, or as much as you want. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Friday + Saturday Package

Add Friday to your Saturday rental for only $1,500 ($6,500 total)

Thursday + Friday Package

Add Thursday to your Friday rental for only $500 ($5,500 total)

*Discounts are available for "last minute" reservations. If you are looking to book a date and you are within 60 days from the event date, please contact us for details.

** Reception only option is available for $500 off the base price.

  • Fully equipped prep kitchen featuring a commercial ice machine and a double refrigerator

  • Beautifully designed bar 

  • Parking lot for 110 cars

  • 200 cross-back chairs and a variety of round & rectangle farmhouse tables

  • 200 white resin chairs for outdoor ceremonies

  • Set up of tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception areas (excludes partial or full room flips)

  • Full access to our curated décor collection (excluding linens and chargers)

  • List of our most trusted preferred vendors, each carefully vetted for quality and reliability.

A perfect choice for couples seeking a short and meaningful ceremony, with plenty of time left to celebrate the moment.

  • 4 hour full access to the property for getting ready, ceremony, reception, and photos

  • Ceremony (outdoors or Ivy Room)

  • Reception (Grand Oaks Hall)

  • Set up of ceremony and reception area ready upon your arrival (includes choice of black or white linens and minimal décor from our décor collection)
