The Ivy Room

Ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests

What's Included:

• Climate-controlled space for up to 50 guests

• Access to Caterer’s Prep Space with refrigerator & warming cabinet

• Wood cross-back chairs

• Round & rectangular tables

• ADA-accessible restrooms

Rental Rates:

• $400 – 4-hour rental

• $50 – Each additional hour

• Optional Cleaning Fee: $50 (or choose self-clean option)

• Damage Deposit: $100 (refundable within 7 days if no damage occurs)

• Sales Tax: 6% KY sales tax applied to all rentals

• All setup, deliveries, décor, and clean-up must take place within your rental time

• Clients are responsible for placing trash in designated bins and removing all non-venue items

The Ivy Room is available for non-wedding events 3 months in advance to avoid conflicts with wedding bookings.

The Grand Oaks Hall

Perfect for larger events with up to 200 guests

What's Included:

• Climate-controlled hall and bar for up to 200 guests

• Access to Caterer’s Prep Space with refrigerator & warming cabinet

• Brown cross-back chairs

• Round & rectangular folding tables

• ADA-accessible restrooms

Rental Rates:

• $650 – 4 Hours

• $1,000 – 6 Hours

• $1,850 – Full Day (12 Hours)

Additional Details:

• Optional Cleaning Fee: $100 (or choose to self-clean)
